I recently joined 888 after reading the glowing review here and what appears to be the generous welcome bonus. I did have a bit of fun, but ran into technical problems pretty quickly. I would get error messages while playjng and be booted out of games. The CONNEXION button on the welcome page does not work for me (LG phone whether in mobile or desktop mode). I have to load the home page, select a game, then press PLAY and from there log in. Some of the games and more particularly the ones that feature jackpots often lead to a “Oops” error message. Disapointing.
I have tried to cash in $450 with no luck so far. I have veriifed my identity, submitted my banking information. A link received via email “verification needed” takes me to the cashier to make a deposit. Clever, but frustrating to the max. The chat feature is currently unavailable and request for support via email go past their 48hr time frame.
At this point I just want my balance out, and close my account.
On the plus side a couple of the games are fun. Being able to play in my own currency is appreciated since playing in US$ could be ridiculously expensive. BUT they need to play fair and make it straight forward for players to cash out.

Not a very good experience on this site. I can’t log in on my computer or mobile for hours. Ironically, the site worked great for making a deposit. Had a few issues with 888 unfortunately so thought I’d vent! Lol
Not sure whether it’s because I’m from Canada but it seemed to take a while for my payout to arrive in my iDebit. I spoke with support and they were helpful but could have been faster. Also I sometimes load the games and they don’t load properly. Dunno if this is 888s fault but bit annoying.
Apart from that I was pretty happy with the C$ welcome bonus as you don’t always find them! Just wish they’d fix the few problems… :/
